Temariya Alps (Cut)
This Baumkuchen was baked by the Matsumoto-based Baumkuchen workshop 'Temariya,' inspired by the majestic Northern Alps. Temariya is a specialty shop for Baumkuchen that makes use of Shinshu ingredients. It is located on Nakamachi Street in the castle town of Matsumoto. This 'Alps' variety uses rice flour made from Shinshu-grown Koshikari rice, creating a unique, chewy texture found nowhere else. It is a popular product that has been beloved locally for a long time. Since it comes in an easy-to-eat cut type, please enjoy it casually as a light snack. The chewy texture unique to rice flour and the moist, gentle sweetness create a deliciousness that makes you want to eat it again and again.
