Shinshu Iida Itouya Kuri Kinton (Chestnut Paste)

It is renowned for its chestnut sweets, which are said to be on par with the famous chestnut pastes of Gifu. The Kuri Kinton highlights the aroma of fresh new chestnuts and is hand-piped one by each artisan; it is available only seasonally from around September to February.
