It is the prestigious establishment credited with creating 'Kuri Rakugan,' which is said to be the origin of Obuse chestnut confectionery. Jun-Kuri Kanoko is a famous confection created by the fifth generation in 1892, featuring large pieces of chestnut kneaded into smooth chestnut paste. Their creed is to cherish the natural flavor of the chestnut without any bleaching or coloring. The fluffy texture of the large chestnuts combined with the rich taste of the chestnut paste is truly a dream for chestnut lovers.
