Kotake Seika Takada-yaki

Kotake Seika is a historic establishment founded in 1924 in Minami-Takada, Joetsu City, known for its sand bread and Sasa-dango bread, and has been loved locally for a long time. Their 'Takada-yaki' is named after Takada Castle Park, famous for its night cherry blossoms.
