Ameyu Shoten Usu-gori (Thin Ice)
A frozen confection made by Yukiguni-an Ameyu, a long-established shop in Kamo City with over 100 years of history. It is crafted by setting sugar with agar and adding red beans or matcha, shaped into a small stick about 5cm long. The charm lies in its unique texture that provides a crisp bite before melting smoothly in the mouth, an experience unlike any other. It is a delicate and beautiful sweet reminiscent of the thin layer of ice forming on water surfaces in the snowy region of Niigata. With a proven taste that has even won awards at the National Confectionery Expo, its elegant appearance with pale colors adds a touch of brilliance to tea snacks or souvenirs. This is a treat that can be enjoyed with both eyes and tongue, reflecting the scenery of snowy Niigata.

Ameyutomo Shoten - Usu-gori Matcha
A chilled frozen confection created by Yukiguni-an Ameyutomo of Kamo City as a matcha version of their signature confectionery, 'Usu-gori.' It features a refreshing appearance inspired by the thin layer of ice that forms on water surfaces on winter mornings, with the astringency of matcha melting into the sweetness of white bean paste. It is highly appreciated when given as a set with the red bean flavor.
