Calbee Kappa Ebisen Zarame
Born in 1964, this is the national snack that is "unstoppable and cannot be stopped," made by kneading fresh shrimp into the dough. This is a special edition coated in coarse sugar (zarame). The savory umami of the shrimp is followed by the crunchy sweetness of the sugar crystals.
