A dark sugar-infused yokan (sweet bean jelly) that Toraya, a long-established shop founded in the Muromachi period, has continued to make since 1915. A deep richness achieved using brown sugar from Iriomote Island, Okinawa. While the flavor evokes a sense of nostalgia, the aftertaste is clean and clear.
