Ginza Suzuya Imo Amanatto

This is an autumn-specific delicacy created by Suzuya, a specialty amanatto shop in Ginza founded in 1951. Tokushima-grown Naruto Kintoki sweet potatoes are slowly preserved in syrup using the same method as beans. You can enjoy the fluffy texture of the potato and its deeply rustic sweetness.
