Toraya Yoru no Ume (Plum in the Night)
A representative Ogura Yokan from Toraya, a long-established shop founded in the Muromachi period. The name refers to how the red beans in the cross-section resemble plum blossoms blooming at night. Each log is made by simmering Tokachi-grown red beans over three days. It features a dense mouthfeel and a prominent, deep red bean flavor.
