This is karinto from Nihonbashi Kinpyorin, a popular shop in Tokyo Station's Gransta. Made with naturally fermented domestic wheat, it is fried to a light texture. This version features yuzu kosho flavor. The spicy kick of the pepper and the refreshing acidity of the yuzu leave a lingering deliciousness.
