HIGASHIYA Monaka Tamba Tsubu-an
A new form of monaka where the bean paste is combined with the shell just before eating, featuring a stick-shaped shell carefully baked from domestic glutinous rice. This version uses a luxurious chunky bean paste made from rare Tamba-variety Dainagon adzuki beans. The crispy shell and the flavor of the beans stand out.
