Since then, they have remained committed to additive-free domestic ingredients and preserving handmade flavors. Their lineup features unique masterpieces found only here, such as the famous "Ayu Tempura Monaka" and the meringue-based confection "Uki-gumo." The current master, who holds the title of Tokyo Meister, possesses the skill to cook over thirty different types of bean paste. The seasonal fresh sweets (namagashi) are also a sight to behold.
