Hagi no Shirabe Yu
When you break into the white, fluffy castella sponge, smooth cream gently overflows. It has a softness that crumbles delicately with a single bite. Produced by Kasho Sanzen, known for the famous Sendai confection "Hagi no Tsuki." This "Hagi no Shirabe" was created as a sister product inspired by that name. Mellow cream is softly wrapped in moist sponge cake, carefully baked using methods inherited from the famous original. A refined, nostalgic, and gentle sweetness. It pairs perfectly with both tea and coffee, making it ideal for when you want to take a relaxing break. Please enjoy this soft treat that warms the heart. It is also highly appreciated as a souvenir.
