Sabrina
Take a bite of this flower-shaped pie. The light, crispy layers melt away, filling your mouth with the rich aroma of French butter. Sabrina is a specialty butter confectionery brand created by the company behind the popular shop "AUDREY." It uses an abundance of gold-medal-winning butter from agricultural competitions in the Charente region of France. While typical pies involve folding butter into the dough, Sabrina uses a rare method called "enversé," where the dough is enveloped in butter. This technique is said to create a light, melt-in-your-mouth texture. An extravagant aroma truly worthy of its name, "Kaoru Butter" (Fragrant Butter). These lovely flower-shaped sweets can be found at Tokyo Station.
