Funabashiya Anmitsu
Founded in the second year of the Bunka era, Funabashiya is famous for its Kuzumochi at Kameido Tenjin Soba. This is a sweet confection crafted by a long-established maker of fermented Japanese sweets. This is Anmitsu. It features firm, bouncy agar jelly, smooth red bean paste, and chewy shiratama dango. When drizzled with black honey (kuromitsu), a refreshing and profound sweetness spreads across the palate.
