Ochanomizu Ogawaken Raisin Witch
When you bite into the light, crispy cookie, raisins soaked in liqueur and smooth buttercream melt together. The balance of sweetness and aroma is truly elegant. Ogawaken began in 1905 as a Western-style restaurant in Shinbashi. Eventually, the second-generation brothers perfected the prototype of this Raisin Witch and branched out as a confectionery shop. Adhering to the motto "80% ingredients, 20% skill," they continue to carefully bake them every day at their much-owned workshop in Meguro, maintaining strict quality control. Cookie, raisin, cream. They have spent many years pursuing the exquisite layering of these three elements. It is a truly original flavor that continues to be chosen across generations.
