Kamejirushi Tenmangetsu

Produced by Kamejirushi, founded in Kaei 5 (1852), this baked sweet consists of dough kneaded with chocolate and cocoa, gently enveloping a yellow bean paste. It won the Director-General of the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency Award at the 25th National Confectionery Expo.
