It captures the smoky aroma of charcoal-grilled beef tongue and the refreshing taste of salt and pepper in a potato chip. Each pack contains four 25g individual portions, making it convenient to enjoy bit by bit. Released in the summer of 2021, it is a staple favorite in souvenir shops at Sendai Station and Sendai Airport.
