This is a handmade jam crafted from mandarin oranges that have basked in the abundant sunshine of Suo-Oshima. The natural sweetness of fully ripe mandarins is packed into every jar. Suo-Oshima is a warm island often referred to as the 'Hawaii of the Seto Inland Sea' and is a major production area responsible for approximately eighty percent of Yamaguchi Prefecture's Satsuma mandarin production. By luxuriously using sweet oranges grown in terrain with excellent sunlight and drainage, we have transformed the blessings of the Seto Inland Sea into this jam. Its charm lies in its fragrant, fruit-rich flavor. Its versatile deliciousness makes it a perfect match for bread, yogurt, and tea.
