Sake Cake of the Sake Capital Saijo
The Sake Cake of the Sake Capital Saijo is an adult dessert that makes full use of the famous sake produced in one of Japan's three largest sake-producing regions. Saijo in Higashi-Hiroshima City is one of Japan's three major sake districts, alongside Nada and Fushimi.
