Growing in the waters of the Oki Islands, including Okinoshima Town, these rock oysters reach their peak season in summer. Because they grow for three to four years in the mineral-rich, clear waters of Oki, the meat is large and intense. Their pride lies in their melt-in-your-mouth creaminess.
