Sanada-an Wagashi
This Japanese confection, inspired by the Rokumon-sen, was nurtured in Kudoyama, the home of the Sanada father and son. Kudoyama Town is known as the place where the Sengoku warlords Sanada Masayuki and his son Yukimura lived for a long time after the Battle of Sekigahara. This sweet was crafted after the 'Rokumon-sen' (the Sanada clan's banner) near the site believed to be their residence, Sanada-an.
