Oshino Hakkai Tofu
The underground waters of Mount Fuji create a mellow and rich tofu. This is the famous spring water tofu of Oshino Village. The water flowing from 'Oshino Hakkai' in Oshino Village is pure groundwater formed by snowmelt from Mount Fuji being filtered underground over several decades.
