Yuza Curry

Developed over two years by local housewives, chefs, and producers, it made its debut in 2012. Based on Yuza's specialty paprika and sweet potatoes, it is an additive-free, mild curry that can be enjoyed by everyone from children to the elderly. Using rice and vegetables grown with reduced chemical fertilizers and pesticides, it features a 'matured mild' flavor where sweetness can be felt alongside a hint of spice. It is a unique curry that fuses the blessings of Mount Chokai with the bounty of the Sea of Japan. A variety of products are available for easy enjoyment, including retort pouches and curry bread.
