For over 50 years, they have maintained traditional methods using carefully selected flour, sugar, and pure lard. Its hallmark is a light, crumbly texture and an elegant, subtle sweetness. In addition to the classic plain flavor, there is a variety of tastes including purple sweet potato, brown sugar, and salt, offering the joy of tasting them all. It has long been beloved by local residents and is also popular as a hometown tax (Furusato Nozei) return gift.
