After graduating from Tokyo Confectionery School, the chef trained in Ginza and is a master craftsman certified as a 'Hyogo Artisan.' The chef adheres to a simple recipe philosophy that maximizes the inherent flavor of the ingredients. This tart is a magnificent creation topped with plenty of seasonal fruits, where the juiciness of the fruit and the crispy tart crust harmonize beautifully.
