Morozoff Fayage
A thin and light baked confection from Morozoff, made using only flour, eggs, and sugar. Fayage was born in 1986, marking the 55th anniversary of Morozoff's founding. The name means 'leaf' in French, and true to its name, each piece is thin and delicate. A major feature is that it is baked using only simple ingredients without any oil in the dough. The irresistible combination of fragrant sliced nuts densely covering the surface and the crispy, light texture when bitten is truly captivating. Because of its ingredient simplicity, there is no room for error in its preparation. It is a long-selling favorite that continues to be loved, with approximately 100,000 pieces produced every day.
