A long-selling product from Kobe's Morozoff that sparked the cheesecake boom in Japan. In 1969, the president of Morozoff was inspired to develop this after being struck by the 'Käsekuchen' he ate at a cafe in Berlin. Made with Danish cream cheese and finished with a refreshing touch of lemon, this cheesecake is said to have triggered the first cheesecake boom in Japan during the 1970s. Its smooth texture with a hint of lemon and its refreshingly acidic aftertaste remain as vibrant as ever.
