Escoyama Chocolate Burger Factory
It looks exactly like a real hamburger, but it is a playful creation where everything inside is made of chocolate. It is crafted by 'Patissier Escoyama' in Sanda City. The owner, Susumu Koyama, is one of Japan's leading chocolatiers, having achieved top honors at the world-renowned C.C.C. chocolate festival. What started as a topping for Christmas cakes gained such popularity that it became a standalone product. Layers of hazelnut cream, butter sablé, and cocoa tuile are wrapped in milk chocolate to look identical to buns and burger ingredients. It is an exquisite treat that surprises you visually and delights you with every bite, exciting both children and adults.
