Mini One Mini Croissants
These are freshly baked mini croissants, prepared one by one in our shop. They were born from the brand "Mini One," developed by Donq, a long-established bakery founded in Kobe in 1905. Its roots trace back to 1984, when the sale of mini croissants by weight began at Donq's Sapporo location. At that time, the live demonstration of rolling the dough and baking it right before the customer's eyes was a novelty, which eventually spread nationwide and caused a massive boom in 1994. In 2006, it became an independent brand under the name "Mini One." Much like European markets, the joy lies in being able to buy exactly as much as you like by weight. We continue to uphold the style of baking them fresh in-store to this day. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside—please come and enjoy these adorable, palm-sized croissants.
