JYUJIRO Ho-SUI- (Chestnut)
Himeji's 'Jujiro' is a Japanese confectionery shop that carries the name of its great-great-grandfather, who worked with rice and brewing vinegar. In 2016, an agricultural group from Sayo Town opened, and they handmade bite-sized ohagi called 'Ho-SUI-' using low-pesticide glutinous rice and pesticide-free adzuki beans from their own farm. The chestnut flavor is a popular flavor in autumn.
