It is packed with the reliable techniques of Morozoff, which began as a chocolate shop on Kobe's Tor Road. For the dough, we use 'Nanahonami,' an original flour made from Hokkaido wheat. By finishing it with a coarse grind, we create a delicate texture that melts in your mouth. Furthermore, we have luxuriously used carefully selected ingredients from both Japan and abroad, such as Hokkaido butter, California almonds, and Danish cream cheese.
