Cake House Tsumagari, located in Koyoen, Nishinomiya, is run by Takashi Tsumagari, who honed his skills at the renowned Swiss establishment, Springlee. This "Orange Confit" is a masterpiece crafted by that very master. Thick slices of orange peel are slowly simmered in syrup for an entire week in our own workshop. These painstakingly prepared peels are then carefully coated in dark Couverture chocolate from Lübeck, Germany.
