Bretonne Madeleine
Edelweiss was founded in Amagasaki in 1966 and later moved its headquarters to Kobe. Biscuiterie Bretonne is a confectionery specialty brand launched by that group in 2012. Inheriting the simple and rich confectionery culture of the Brittany region in France, these madeleines are carefully crafted with the fragrant aroma of fermented butter. The addition of condensed milk brings out richness and softness, subtly accented by the freshness of lemon. We have used Guérande salt, a specialty of Brittany, as a secret ingredient to add depth to the flavor. This is an authentic madeleine that makes you feel the essence of France, spreading happiness with every bite.
