Alcovareno Yaki-Poteka
A specialty sweet made from Beni-haruka sweet potatoes by Alcovareno (Italian for 'Rainbow'), which opened in Kobe Motomachi in 2019. Using Beni-haruka sweet potatoes quality-controlled at their own farm in Kagoshima, these are baked to be crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. This is the flagship product of a sweet potato shop founded in Kagoshima and raised in Kobe.
