Kobe Roman Long Pie
A long pie from Shoei (now Kobe Roman), which opened in 1926 as a brick-oven pastry shop in Hyogo-ku Daikaido. Available in two varieties—maple sugar and almond crunch—these 15cm-long pies are popular as gifts due to their elegant appearance in transparent packaging.
