Bern Yume Madeleine
Patisserie Bern began in 1968 when a married couple opened a tiny shop of just 4.5 tsubo in Nishinomiya, Naruo. The 'Yume Madeleine' is what has sustained its long-standing popularity. Inspired by Koshien, its unique shape is baked to resemble a baseball glove, which catches the eye. The name 'YUME' is a play on the words 'You and Me,' subtly expressing the desire to gently connect the makers with their customers. With a unique recipe that leaves a gentle honey sweetness even in the aftertaste, the batter is moist and fluffy. It is a warm Madeleine born in Nishinomiya, as if a small dream expands with every bite.
