Bern Koshien Sable
A 'sable' means 'to sprinkle with sand' in French. Following this meaning, the 'Koshien Sable' began when we were given a portion of the sand from Hanshin Koshien Stadium to sell alongside charms. It is the representative work of Bern, a confectionery shop that has been loved in Nishinomiya for over half a century since its founding in 1968. Filled with passion for the holy land of baseball, this sweet has captured the hearts of local fans and has grown into a long-seller of over 30 years. These crispy sables, with their light buttery aroma, are perfect as an accompaniment to watching a game or as a gift to wish for victory. It is a special piece unique to Nishinomiya that allows you to taste the story of Koshien itself.
