Eskoyama Dragée Nouveau Matcha & Yuzu
A two-layer structure featuring caramel-coated hazelnuts enveloped in milk chocolate infused with yuzu powder, topped with a layer of matcha white chocolate. Created by Susumu Koyama, who achieved the highest rank of 12 degrees at C.C.C., this dragée is a fusion of Japanese and Western flavors, where the aroma of yuzu enhances the bitterness of the matcha.
