Fujieya Bundo Doyo Mochi
A seasonal Japanese confection made by the long-established Akashi shop Fujieya Bundo during the Doyo period. A type of anko-koromochi (sweet bean paste mochi), it has been enjoyed since the Edo period as a lucky charm to help endure the summer heat.
