G-Sen Artisan Hand-baked Waffle
Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. These waffles are from a long-established Kobe confectionery shop that has preserved this texture for over seventy years. G-Sen (G-sen) Kobe Confectionery opened in 1952 as a cafe and pastry shop in Sannomiya Center Gai. The name is inspired by Bach's 'Air on the G String,' reflecting the desire to 'protect even the lowest line of taste.' The waffles have been their flagship product since the founding, with artisans carefully hand-baking each one using the same equipment for decades. The fragrant, crispy texture remains unchanged from the past to the present. Please enjoy a piece that has been long loved by the people of Kobe.
