A seasonal specialty from Tsumagari, run by Takashi Tsumagari—who was trained in Switzerland—in Koyoen, Nishinomiya City. This baked treat features a dark couverture and almond marzipan dough with a whole chestnut hidden inside. It has an impressive, playful name inspired by 'Genpuku,' the traditional coming-of-age ceremony for adults.
