Tsumagari "Choco Tea Bis"
A baked confection from Tsumagari, founded in 1987 in Koyoen, Nishinomiya, by Takashi Tsumagari, who trained at the prestigious Swiss chocolatier Sprüngli. This treat for tea lovers features Earl Grey aroma layered with bitter chocolate on dough made with original fermented butter.
