A chocolate cake finished by pastry chef Takashi Tsumagari, trained in Switzerland, using Couverture from Lübeck, Germany, and specially ordered butter. A luxurious item delivered from the Koyoen workshop, accompanied by sugar-coated walnuts from Grenoble and sour cherries.
