Escocoyama Encyclopedie du cacao Real Strawberry
A chocolate from Escocoyama, opened by Susumu Koyama in Sanda City in 2003, who has won the highest 'Gold Tablet' award at the Paris C.C.C. competition three times. This single piece combines freeze-dried strawberry and cacao, allowing the aroma and acidity of the strawberry to spread as it slowly melts at body temperature.
