Developed by the third generation, this Black Pepper Sen is a new sensation that applies premium black pepper to thin rice crackers, and it won the Honorary President's Award at the National Confectionery Expo. True to their commitment to 'living for rice and making use of rice,' the dough uses domestically produced branded rice. The combination of fragrant rice and spicy black pepper makes this a popular Fukaya-born cracker that also pairs perfectly with beer.
