Nokogiriyama Baumkuchen
Minamitei's Baumkuchen is baked using eggs and milk from Chiba Prefecture and cut into a wavy shape resembling the ridgeline of Mount Nokogiriyama. Finished with a moist texture using traditional German separation methods, it is a popular souvenir from Futtsu that was even featured on 'Hirunandesu!'
