Kameya Honten Tai Senbei
A representative confection of Kamogawa, continuously baked since the Taisho era by Kameya Honten, founded in 1906. These beautiful, shape-baked crackers, modeled after the sea bream of Kominato, come in four varieties—plain, cinnamon, chocolate, and butter—and serve as the face of Boso.
