Biwa Country Ma'am
The familiar Country Ma'am now features a light hint of loquat from Minamiboso—"Biwa Country Ma'am" is a special box delivered exclusively by Fujiya in Chiba. Chiba ranks second in Japan for loquat production, with the warm Minamiboso region being particularly famous as a prime growing area. We have turned those loquats into jam and kneaded them into the dough along with white chocolate chips. The texture is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The sweet and sour flavor of the loquat blends with the mellow richness of the white chocolate, resulting in an elegant taste. The orange packaging is lovely, and the individually wrapped design makes it easy to share. This is a local Country Ma'am that you can only encounter in Chiba.
